What is turmeric? 

Turmeric is the spice that gives curry its yellow color. It has been used in India for thousands of years, not only as a spice but for medicinal purposes as well. Countless scientific studies have since discovered why Turmeric has been so popular amongst the Indian people. 

Curcumin is the main ingredient in turmeric. It is an antioxidant and has powerful anti-inflammatory effects. In order to experience optimal results from this spice, it is recommended to take a daily turmeric supplement with with high levels of curcumin.

Why is treating inflammation so important?
