Facials are an excellent method to keep skin looking clean, exfoliated, healthy and bright. There are a wide variety of facial treatments to choose from for every skin type including oily, dry and anti aging. You should choose a skincare regimen that best benefits you. Different ingredients treat different problems as well and can keep the skin looking young and fresh:

Brightening with Vitamin C

This ingredient is excellent for protecting the skin from sun damage and can also help reduce the appearance of dark spots. You can incorporate it into your facial by adding a splash of lemon juice or orange juice to your face mask. It can also be found in skin care products, sunblocks and facial washes.

Masks with Avocado

This ingredient is good for extremely dry or even peeling skin. The oils found in avocado are natural moisturizers that help reverse the appearance of wrinkles as well. Simply beat an egg white and apply to the face; rinse off after about ten minutes to reveal firm, taut skin. This can be done weekly to help maintain skin's elasticity.
