As the weather starts to cool down, makeup trends are shifting away from light summer looks and into a bolder, breezier autumn look. While some of the overall trends from this year are still holding steady (think plenty of eye makeup and clean face looks), fall brings its own unique set of styles for the makeup specialist in all of us!

Smoky eyeshadow is the way to go for that cozy, confident look. Try jewel tones and bolder colors, and make sure to add plenty of eyeshadow on the upper and lower lids in order to give yourself that smoky look that's just perfect for a foggier time of year!

Nude lipstick is making a comeback but so is the exact opposite! While you may still be wearing a mask most of the time you go out, try for either a quiet, understated lipstick or a bold, dark color! Both options will accentuate the shape of your mouth and draw attention to your smile.

Orange blush is the way to go for Fall 2020. Whether it's that October vibe or just the fact that it works so well with nearly every skin tone, orange blush is poised to be huge in the next few months.

Finally, make sure you're taking care of your skin! Wearing a mask is already taking its toll on a lot of our skincare regimes, but as the weather starts to cool off, make sure you're using plenty of moisturizers. The fall and winter months can often add up to dry or chapped skin, especially if you live in a cold or windy area. Take the extra time to fully moisturize so that your skin will have a bright, healthy glow for the rest of this year and all the way into the next one!
