1. Pausing like a child – you should sit back on the heels. While sitting back, ensure that the knees are at some distance apart. Using your hands, lean forward, almost flat on the ground. It would be best if you repeatedly move forward and back several times. 2. Pausing like a butterfly- You should sit with the legs being in front. While sitting, the soles of your feet should be together. Move your feet towards your body. While resting in this position, let the spine be straight. Pause for a few minutes. 3. Bending forward while sitting- sit with your legs spread in front of you. Extend your spine by movements of your abdomen. While you are in a proper position, lean forward towards your feet. Your front head should be close to or touching your knees. Remain in that position for some minutes. 4. Side Stretches- Sit on your bed with legs crossed. You should make sure that your spine is straight. Start moving side to side while keeping right arm above your ear while the left touches the ground and vice versa.
