Getting a massage for the first time can be an exciting experience. Yet, many people who are getting a massage for the first time are nervous about how the experience will go. They are unsure about what to expect. One of the biggest areas of concern for first time massage clients is the amount of clothing they should wear. There is no set amount of clothing that you have to wear during a massage. Once you enter the massage room, the massage therapist will leave you alone to get undressed to your level of comfort. Do not worry about them walking in on you because they will knock before entering. Once undressed, you can lay face down on the massage table. If you choose to have a massage done in the nude, you will always be properly covered by a sheet or towel. Only the area being massaged will be uncovered. If you choose to wear panties or briefs that is great too. The massage therapist will work with you with whatever amount of clothing you want to wear.
