Women are so vain. OK there’s really nothing wrong with that.  Nobody likes getting old.  We never believe we are aging until we start to see those darn facial lines and dull drying skin.  And it’s not just women; many men don’t like aging either. So what can we do about it? Well, there are several products and skin tightening treatments available. Most products I’ve seen are very expensive and promise great results, but do they really work?

Let’s face it, after age 40 we start to notice things happening to our body. Our skin texture changes, not only on the face, but our hands, neck, arms and legs too.  More hydration is needed. Patchy dry skin on knees and elbows needs more moisturization. I always had oily skin, but now I notice a combination of oily and dry facial skin texture. Thank God for my oily skin, because I really don’t have hardly any wrinkles compared to other women my age (55 yrs). I laugh and tell people it’s all the olive oil in my skin since I am Italian. Hey it works for me!

Your age is not the only factor when it comes to your skin. Lifestyle, stress, sun protection, nutrition, skincare and genetics, also play a key role in the speed at which our skin will age. Sunscreen is always a must no matter what season we are in. Healthy eating and a good daily skin care regimen are very important.

Here are the top five ways to keep your skin looking healthy, tight and bright :

Vitamin A Infusion Peel – The Vitamin A Infusion Peel is a one-of-a-kind peel that repairs and remodels your skin. Great for acne, hyper pigmentation and rosacea.

Skin Tyte – an advanced light energy system that delivers infrared heat to the deeper layer of the skin where the collagen resides.

Chemical and Enzyme Peels – a technique that involves the application of a variety of chemical solutions to remove the damaged outer layers of dead skin cells from the skin’s surface.

Skin Needling and Needle Dermabrasion – Skin needling (roller) and needle Dermabrasion (tattoo gun) are non-invasive, non- injectable skin rejuvenation treatments that target a diverse range of skin concerns

Medi- Facials – A medi-facial is a results-driven treatment that uses concentrated clinical grade, natural ingredients that replenish and repair the skin.

Cosmetic Acupuncture – Cosmetic acupuncture is the ultimate anti-aging treatment because it balances our internal systems while simultaneously boosting the health and appearance of the skin.
